We think this is a beautiful cookbook, though it’s sorta hard to use for us non-Italian speakers to use. (Some might say that any cookbooks is kinda hard for me to use.) In any event, the inscription is very gracious and, from what we could ascertain, was written by the fellow who edited the book.
