We’re discovering more and more that if you want to find inscriptions within contemporary books, you head for the cookbook section of any used bookstore.

This one was found within seconds of our arrival. Apparently, Catherine’s Mom wanted her to get her roasting on. Does it bother anyone else that she writes out Mother instead of Mom? Seems kind of cold and haughty.

Look at the no cover book photo on the left. Boring. Now look at the cover on the right. Looks like a lot of fun and frivolity was just waiting between the pages!
