Yet another cookbook with a great inscription from the author, but here’s a twist: This one was found in David’s own collection. He didn’t even realize it had an inscription until he opened it up one day to find a recipe for some comforting Irish stew. If you’re a collector of used books, you may have inherited some unnoticed inscriptions, too.

Love Is a Special Way of Feeling by Joan Walsh Anglund
I hope that the “Grandmommie & Papa” mentioned in the inscription felt the same as this reviewer – “[This book] helps people to discover a feeling that makes our life better. Joan Walsh Anglund employed children’s pictures and thoughts to prove that love can be felt by all the ages .” Amazon informs us that Ms. Anglund published 95 books, selling over 45 million copies.
